I have been studying herbalism and plant lore for over 20 years. I now recognize that I have had a relationship with the plant world my entire life. 

The first formulations were created with my first experience with pregnancy and motherhood. I made supportive teas and elixirs for myself, and homemade diaper cream for my sensitive babe. This was when Mama Butter was born, that was 18 years ago.

I launched Wild Thistle Herbal in 2016 after many years of making products for friends and family. My offerings are crafted in small batches with the seasons, using homegrown and sustainably sourced ingredients. 

I walk the spiral path and my purpose is to connect others to the land and to tend it as well as community. As an Animist, I recognize the sacredness in all living things and the web that connects it all. I hope to educate and empower others to find their inner healing.
